Sign Made Easy remains steadfast in its commitment to continuous enhancement, driving forward digital document signing within Salesforce. In the latest update, version 1.7.0, we introduce refinements such as the Configuration of Button Creation, a prominent support link, and the complete transaction business unit to boost workflow efficiency.

Additionally, resolved various bug occurrences that have previously hindered optimal performance. We have remedied issues ranging from organizational configuration anomalies to email template inconsistencies, ensuring a smoother, more reliable user experience.

Button Creation Configuration

Streamlining the process of adding buttons, simply specifying the button label and object name. This automated integration enhances user convenience and expedites workflow efficiency

Contact Support Integration

In our ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service, we’ve introduced a “Contact Support” link prominently positioned at the top of the user interface. This feature enables clients to seamlessly report issues via a modal interface, facilitating direct communication with our dedicated Sign Made Easy support team. By providing a direct avenue for feedback and assistance, we aim to enhance user satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Enhancement

Transaction Completion Enhancements (Business Unit)

With the implementation of the Transaction Complete feature, users benefit from enhanced clarity and efficiency. Upon the completion of all recipient actions within a transaction, including the sender’s final approval, an automated email notification is triggered. This notification signifies the transaction’s completion, accompanied by a comprehensive document attachment, ensuring a seamless and conclusive signing process.

Bug Fixes

InPersonSigner Redirect Process through URL

If the URL includes details of an InPersonSigner recipient, such as document and recipient details, the page will now automatically redirect to the Facilitator process page. This simplifies the process by eliminating the need to fill in the details again.

Org Configuration (Connecting Org)

Known Issue

Previously, clicking on “Configure SME” resulted in a successful organization connection, but upon clicking “Check Status,” an erroneous Org connection tick appeared.

Resolved

With improved functionality, clicking on “Configure SME” directly facilitates a successful SME connection with Salesforce, simplifying the process and boosting user experience.

Email Template (Reassign) Subject

Known Issue

In instances of transaction reassignment, recipients received notifications displaying “successfully reassigned,” particularly in cases of canceled transactions.

Resolved

Following the fix, the functionality now operates as intended, ensuring accurate notification delivery without inaccuracies or discrepancies.

Send on Behalf (Business Unit)

Known Issue

In previous versions, when utilizing the “Send on Behalf” functionality within Salesforce, only document send messages were displayed on the screen. This limited visibility hindered users’ ability to leverage the feature’s capabilities for comprehensive communication fully.

Resolved

Following resolution, the functionality now operates seamlessly.

Visibility of emails within the Business Unit

Known Issue

Previously, when the Business Unit sent on behalf,  three options were available: Transaction sent, viewed, and complete. If two recipients were added with the signer role and signing order set to true, only the “Transaction sent and complete” email was visible, not the “Transaction viewed” email.

Resolved

 This issue has been fixed, and now all functionalities work correctly.
