Major Feature Updates

E-Signature Notifications via SMS & WhatsApp

WhatsApp:- It allows users to send notifications, reminders, and transaction updates directly through WhatsApp for fast, real-time communication and improved user engagement.

SMS:- It allows users to send real-time notifications, reminders, and transaction updates through

text messages, ensuring fast and reliable communication.

Conditional Fields:- Conditional Fields make your documents smarter and more dynamic. It allows document creators to display or hide specific fields based on the values selected or entered by signers in other fields. This helps streamline document completion by showing only the relevant information required from each signer.

Branded E-Mail:- Organizations can now configure their own SMTP server settings to send all e-signature notifications and transaction emails directly from their business email accounts.

Major Enhancement

E-Mail Template Customization: Users can now fully customize email templates sent throughout the e-signature process. Personalize text colors, background colors, text alignment, logo backgrounds, and other template elements to create a branded, professional, and consistent signing experience that aligns with your organization's visual identity and business requirements.

Enhanced Signer Experience: We have completely redesigned the user interface to deliver a more modern, intuitive, and user-friendly experience. The updated UI features improved navigation, enhanced usability, and a fully responsive design that provides a seamless signing experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Bug Fixes

Known Issue: "defaultValue " Property was not working for Write Back Tags.

Fixed: The defaultValue property for Write Back Tags has been corrected and is working for write-back tags.

Known Issue: Tag resizing did not function correctly when the document zoom level was set above 100%

Fixed: Resolved the tag resizing issue at zoom levels greater than 100%. Tags can now be resized accurately.

Known Issue: Encrypted Fields were not functioning as expected

Fixed: Resolved the issue affecting Encrypted Fields.

Important Note / Warning

Before upgrading to this release, ensure that all pending signing transactions are completed.

Warning: For transactions that were created before the package upgrade and remain in a pending state, the Notify User and Enable Document Cloning features will not work or function as expected after the upgrade. These enhancements will only apply to transactions created after the package has been upgraded.

We recommend completing all pending transactions prior to performing the upgrade.
