Transaction Commands Conflict

Known Issue

Previously, access permissions were unnecessary for System Admin Users, resulting in added administrative burden.

Resolved

The functionality has been rectified in the latest version. Now, transactions open only in one tab, eliminating the possibility of conflicting commands across tabs. The issue of commands conflicting across tabs has been resolved, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive user experience. Users can confidently perform actions without the risk of unintended consequences.

Full-Screen Signature Style Selection UI

Known Issue

In the earlier version, the Signature Style Selection UI page opened in full-screen mode, which may have disrupted the user’s workflow and caused inconvenience.

Resolved

The issue has been addressed, and the Signature Style Selection UI page now opens in a standard window mode, providing users with a more comfortable and seamless experience. By eliminating the full-screen mode, Sign Made Easy ensures that users can access and select signature styles without unnecessary distractions.

Document Download Icon Change

Known Issue

In the earlier version, users encountered an unexpected change in the document download icon, which may have caused confusion or difficulty in locating the download option.

Resolved

The functionality has been restored to its original state, addressing the issue of the document download icon change. Users can now easily identify and access the download option without any ambiguity or inconvenience. By reverting to the familiar icon, Sign Made Easy maintains consistency and enhances user accessibility within the platform.

The organization-wide address feature is no longer available. This change provides greater control over email communications
