Need to reconfigure Sign Made Easy at the time of upgrading your package.

Need to add “Parent_Record” picklist value in type on sign document object

If the package is older than version 1.10, it will need to be reconfigured.

Sign Transaction Status Issue

Known Issue

Even after a recipient’s status was marked as “Cancelled” or the transaction was declined, the system incorrectly marked the transaction as “Completed.”

Resolved

Transactions now correctly reflect their final status, ensuring accurate tracking.

Send Now True Button Error

Known Issue

When using a button URL parameter to auto-fill recipient details and send emails directly, an error was occurring.

Resolved

The issue has been fixed, and the “Send Now True” functionality works seamlessly.
