Multilanguage Support

This feature allows the SME application to be used in different languages, ensuring that labels, messages, and instructions are displayed in the user’s preferred language

Transaction Expiration & Reminders

This section lets you set a transaction’s expiration date and schedule automated reminders to ensure documents are signed on time.

  • Transaction Expiration - determines the number of days and the time the transaction will expire.
  • Expiration Reminder - determines the number of days before an expiration email is sent to recipients and the time at which it is sent.


Enhanced Email Template Preview Interface

Enhanced Email Templates: Updated email layouts with improved design and structure for better readability, branding, and user experience


Enhanced Business Unit Configuration with Time Zone Support

You can now assign a dedicated time zone to each Business Unit, ensuring signing processes, tracking, and notifications stay accurate and aligned with regional preferences.


Enhanced General Settings: Assign SME Pro Package Permissions via Sign Setup

This enhancement enables administrators to assign the SME Pro package permission set to users through the General Settings section of the Sign Setup page. The SME Pro permission set section is displayed only when the SME Pro package is installed in the organization, ensuring proper access management and streamlined configuration.



Major Enhancements


Copy Tag Functionality 

It enables users to efficiently duplicate an existing tag’s configuration—including formatting, position, size, and other properties and seamlessly reuse it within the same document or across multiple documents. This feature promotes consistency, reduces manual setup effort, and minimizes errors in tag placement.

You can copy tags in two ways:

  • Copy Button – Click the Copy button to duplicate a tag.
  • Keyboard Shortcut – Use Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste.


Tag Resizing Functionality

  • It allows users to adjust the size of tags for precise placement and improved document formatting.
  • Tags can now be resized from all sides and corners—top, bottom, left, right, and middle—giving you complete control over their placement.


Tag Positioning Using Arrow Keys

Tag Positioning with Arrow Keys allows you to adjust tag placement precisely using keyboard arrows—reducing mouse effort, saving time, and ensuring accuracy.


Enhanced Tag Options: New Tag Types Available

We’ve introduced five new tags—Number, Dropdown, Sign Time, Text, and Text Area—giving you more flexibility and control while customizing your documents.


Preview and Tag Interface Revamp

  • The Preview and Tag interface has been redesigned to deliver a more intuitive, streamlined, and user-friendly experience, making it easier to review documents and apply tags efficiently.
  • The enhanced interface makes it simpler to view, add, and edit tag details with ease and efficiency.


Download Audit Trail

Recipients have the ability to access and download the audit trail directly from the Sign Documents page during the e-signature workflow, ensuring full visibility and compliance.

Note: The sender can restrict the signer's permission to download the audit trail.


Enhanced Authentication Status on Setup Page

It provides clear visibility of the SME authentication status. It confirms whether the SME has been successfully authenticated. In scenarios where a non-admin user configures the SME with the SME server, the status will display as authenticated accompanied by a warning. Detailed status information can be viewed by hovering over the status icon, ensuring transparency and proper user guidance


Enhanced Business Unit Configuration: Improved Notifications for Senders and Recipients

Enhanced notification capabilities that keep both senders and recipients informed throughout the transaction. These notifications cover key updates such as:


Sender Email Notifications

Transaction is expired:  Sends an email notification when the has expired


Recipient Email Notifications

Signer:

  • Transaction is Expired – Notifies the signer when the transaction has expired
  • Signing Reminder – Sends a reminder to the signer to complete the transaction
  • Transaction Expiration Reminder – Sends an expiration reminder notification to the signer before the transaction expires.

CC:

  • Transaction is Expired – Notifies CC recipients when the transaction expires.


Enhanced Basic Tag Configuration Experience with One-Click Tag Syntax Copy Functionality

The tag configuration interface has been enhanced with a tag syntax copy functionality, enabling users to copy tag syntax instantly with a single click. This update simplifies setup, improves accuracy, and saves time during document configuration.


Add and Upload page: File Name Enhancement

The file name is automatically updated based on the selected value from the file name picklist, applicable to all transaction statuses, including Sent, Completed, Declined, and Cancelled.
