Step-by-Step Instructions for Assigning Required Permissions to the user

Step 1:- Navigate to the App Launcher, enter Sign Made Easy in the search bar, and click to access the application.


Step 2 :- On the application Home page, access the General Settings Configuration section to configure and assign the appropriate permission sets for users based on their profiles.

• The Add User (Basic) option allows administrators to allocate the basic permission set to team members based on their Salesforce profile type.
• This ensures that users receive the minimum required access to perform core tasks within the Sign Made Easy application.
  
  

Step 3 :- Choose the User Type
You will see links for different user categories:

• Admin Users – Assigns basic permissions to users with administrator-level profiles.
• Standard Users – Assigns basic permissions to regular business users.
• Guest Users – Assigns permissions to guest or external users with limited access.

Step 4 :- Assign the Permission Set

Click the appropriate link (Admin Users, Standard Users, or Guest Users) depending on the type of user.

Step 5 :- Manage Assignments

On the Permission Set details page, click the Manage Assignments button .

Step 6 :- Add Users

• Click Add Assignments.
• Select the users to whom you want to grant this permission set.
• Click Assign, then confirm the action.
  
  

Step 7 :- Review Assignments

• After successful assignment, you will see the list of users with this permission set applied.

Step 8 :- User permission set assignment has been completed successfully.
