SME Pro Permission Set Assignment Guide

Step-by-Step Instructions for Granting SME Pro Access to Users

Step 1:- Navigate to the App Launcher, enter Sign Made Easy in the search bar, and click to access the application.
Step 2 :- On the application Home page, access the General Settings Configuration section to configure and assign the appropriate permission sets for users based on their profiles.

• Add User (Pro) section allows you to assign the SME Pro permission set to users based on their profiles. By doing so, users are granted access to SME Pro features in Salesforce.
• This ensures that users receive the minimum required access to perform core tasks within the Sign Made Easy application.
  
  

Step 3 :- Choose the User Type

• Admin Users / Standard Users / Guest Users – These links let you allocate the Pro permission set to users according to their respective profiles.
• Admin Users: Assign permissions to users with administrative profiles.
• Standard Users: Assign permissions to regular Salesforce users.
• Guest Users: Assign permissions to external or guest users who require access to SME Pro functionality.
  
  
  

Step 4 :- Assign the Permission Set

• Click the appropriate link (Admin Users, Standard Users, or Guest Users) depending on the type of user.
  
  

Step 5 :- Manage Assignments

• On the Permission Set details page, click the Manage Assignments button .
  
  

Step 6 :- Add Users

• Click Add Assignments.
• Select the users to whom you want to grant this permission set.
• Click Assign, then confirm the action.
  
  
  

Step 7 :- Review Assignments

• After successful assignment, you will see the list of users with this permission set applied.
  
  
  

Step 8 :- User permission set assignment has been completed successfully.
