Update v1.11.5

Overview

In the latest version of Sign Made Easy 1.11.5, we have upgraded to a new feature and fixed bugs for a better user experience.

Major Feature Updates

Custom Tag

In the latest version of Sign Made Easy, we have integrated a new tag, known as “Custom Tag”, featuring regex validation and an error message to show during the signing.

File Sequence Order

Users no longer have to sort their documents on the basis of file name because now, the files will be showcased based on the date they were created.

Bug Fixes

Clone Version

Known Issue

In the earlier version of Sign Made Easy, the content version was not reflected on the document signature during the transaction.

Resolved

The functionality is now working as expected. The latest content version is consistently sent for signature during the transaction, ensuring all documents are up to date.

Accessible for Guest Users

Known Issue

In the previous version Sign Made Easy was not accessible to guest users. 

Resolved

Enabled for guest users also. 

IP Address Was Not Visible

Known Issue

In the earlier version of Sign Made Easy, the IP address was not showing up while editing and saving a draft transaction. 

Resolved

The bug has been fixed, and the IP address will be visible during editing and saving a draft transaction.

Transaction Completion Email Was Not Received During Reassigning

Known Issue

In the previous version, the second signer recipient was unable to receive the email after completing the signing. 

Resolved

Now, after fixing this issue, not only the first signer recipient but the second and third signer recipients will also receive the email.
