Step 1:- After configuring the SME, navigate to the ‘Buttons, Links, and Actions’ page and select the newly created button to view its details.

Step 2:- Click Edit.

Step 3:- To add the Custom Recipient Using Sign parameters, edit the button link in the Custom Button or Link Editor.

Step 4:- Add Custom Recipient Using Sign Parameters.
Parameters: &reCusEmail, &reCusFirst, &reCusLast, &reCusTitle, &reCusRole, &reCusCompany, &reCusLang
Description: Used to define the email, first name, last name, title, role, company, and language for custom recipients (up to 5).
Example: &reCusEmail1, &reCusFirst1, &reCusLast1, &reCusTitle1, &reCusRole1, &reCusCompany1, &reCusLang1
Note: Supports a maximum of 5 recipients - only change the trailing number to assign values for additional recipients (e.g., &reCusEmail4=sign@gmail.com, &reCusFirst4=sign3, &reCusLast4=Easy, &reCusTitle4=Mr, &reCusRole4=Signer, &reCusLang1=it)
Note: Use sequential numbering for multiple recipients.

Step 5:- Click Save.


Step 6:- In Page Layout, drag the created button from Mobile & Lightning Actions to the desired section.

Step 7:- Click Save.

Step 8:- Go to the object’s record detail page and click the button you have created.

Step 9:- The Create Transaction page is launched. The Recipients that we added using Sign Parameters are already added.
